Positive Qualities and Characteristics and their Antonyms

Below is a list of positive qualities and characteristics and their antonyms or opposites.

  • Read the list and decide where you see yourself - does your character fit totally into the left-hand column or do you have a combination of both?
  • Which side lists the qualities most like you?
  • Is there room for improvement with some of the qualities you see yourself as having?
  • Read it with curiosity and an open-minded approach.
  • Do not be hard on yourself, instead, be honest.

There are many more words that could be included; this is just a simple exercise in personal observation.

If you believe there could be some improvement, contact us and together we will build the list you desire.

As you read the list, preface each word with:
Do I have .....  or   Am I .....
